wish it had a better operating manual

It not only meets our needs but also has the culinary feature that walks us through the cooking process, step-by-step. We stayed with the JennAir brand because of the quality and the fact that we never had a problem with the older unit.

State of the art

Great Product But Broken After 1 Year

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had this double oven in our new home for just over a year and have enjoyed the product. The only problem is that it is now broken and requires replacement computer boards/modules. I believe the upper oven releases too much moisture into the upper user interface and electronics which caused the failure. We’re currently a month without being able to turn the unit on and there is no feedback as to when the replacement parts will arrive.

Product is a dud

High quality oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Jenn Air Double oven. I love the touch pad electronics. New feature this model is the addition of an additional gliding rack. Very helpful on the upper oven to reach items, since I am short. My only reservation is how slow the preheat cycle takes to complete.
