Best place ever. Customer service was outstanding. Called them when my order from a big box store was delayed the day before the delivery was due with no apology. They responded immediately with a loaner while my new order with them was being shipped. We have bought other appliances there as well as being our number one place for parts. Nelthorpe & Son is an awesome local business! We just purchased a new washing machine and dryer from them. Not only were their prices better than anyone else in the area, they answered every question we had and provided amazing customer service. During shipping our machine got a scuff on the side and Nelthorpe arranged to replace the machine with a new one. Can't recommend these guys enough.
